The way I see it

– Mariana Braz

I remember when I was a kid, about 6 years old there were two things that I really wanted: wear glasses and braces. Call me crazy, but it is true. I remember seeing other kids using braces and I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

I fortunately never needed them, but I got to wear glasses. I will never forget the day I went to the doctor and he said: “Ok young lady, you need glasses.” That was music to my ears at the time. I was so happy that I couldn’t wait to go pick out my new pair of glasses.

My dad took me to the store and I was so excited that it didn’t take me too long to pick one. I was 7.

Twenty one years later, here I am with these glasses, not the same ones from when I was a kid obviously, but the excitement is no longer here. It hasn’t been here for a long time.

I’ve tried contact lenses. It worked well for quite some time. But I got tired of putting them on every morning and then taking them off every night. Now, there are more advanced ones that you can apparently sleep with for a period of time. But I haven’t tried those.

I could get a laser surgery but that is way too expensive for my budget. So I have to stick with my glasses.

As everything in life, there is a solution for my problem. Since I can’t get rid of my glasses, the way is to find some cute frames that will make me look good. And because I don’t want to miss the opportunity of saving money, I shop through my Time to Save’s account.

Some of the stores I would recommend are Zenni Optical and Glasses USA. These two offer a variety of frames, colors, sizes and the prices are great. Zenni Optical is very affordable. Their prices go from $6 to $46 a frame. And if you are a Time to Save member, you can get up to 4% cash back into your Time to Save account.

Now if you want some designer brands, you will find them at Glasses USA. Besides the variety of brands and styles, they offer free shipping both ways. If you are a Time to Save member, then you will score up to 9% cash back on your purchase.

There are also stores specialized in contact lenses for those who prefer them. Some of them include Discount Contact Lenses and Vision Direct. All of them offer a percentage of cash back for Time to Save members.

Whether you wear glasses or prefer contact lenses, at Time to Save you will find a store with everything you need. Not a Time to Save member yet? No problem, sign up now for free at Time to Save and start getting cash back for all of your purchases.
